Purchase a wafer-thin sliced pork belly (sliced for shabu-shabu).|豚肉はなるべく薄いしゃぶしゃぶ肉を買ってくる。
Wash and prepare the Shimonita leak, slicing it into mouth size portions. (Note - The vegetables will appear on the dinner table)|下仁田ネギは洗って、斜切りにして食卓にあがる容器に並べておく。
Bring the dashi (broth) and leeks to boil. The hot pot is ready to be transferred to the table.|出汁500ccを加え、下仁田ネギと一緒に鍋を沸騰させれば『食べ始めれます』。
Once the hot pot is at its boiling point, place the nabe on the table (over a cooking grill) and the hot pot is ready for shabu-shabu wrapping the leek over the dinner table.|豚肉をネギに包み食べるとってもヘルシーなお鍋です。
