Lemon Cake is one of my favorite cake recipes.
One which you will also find in my recipe book is the ‘Standard Lemon Cake (with butter)’. This version is a cake using canola oil, in replacement with butter for reducing calories and fat. It becomes a slightly bouncy texture but is soft and bread-like which I could recommend for a quick breakfast grab.
