1.5 Apple ( 300 g)|リンゴ

Instructions
【TO MAKE】
Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk until the mixture whitens. Then add the milk, melted butter, lemon peel and lemon juice and mix well.
Mix the sifted flour, cinnamon powder, gradually incorporate while beating to avoid lumps.
Preheat the oven to 170° C.
Peel the apples cut them in half and remove the core. Slice the fruit into very thin strips. Incorporate the apples into the batter and mix gently to coat.
Butter the pan and pour 1/3 of the apple batter. Make sure that most of the apple slices are vertical (visualizing the cut surface). Add a layer of the blueberries and cover it with the remainder of the apple batter.
Smooth the top with a spatula, sprinkle an almond slice for décor and bake 50 minutes. The surface should be golden.
Let it cool before unmolding. Serves nicely refrigerated.
