- 【Syrup Ginger 】
- - 300g Fresh Ginger 新生姜
- - 250g Sugar 砂糖
- - 450ml Water 水
Instructions
- 【Syrup Ginger 】
- Thinly slice the ginger and boil with water and sugar for about 1 hour. Set aside to cool down and store at a cool place or in the refrigerator. Shred the syrup ginger and add into the pound cake as desired. ｜生姜のシロップ漬け（300g 新生姜/250g 砂糖/450ml 水）。生姜は薄くスライスし、水と砂糖で約1時間煮て冷蔵庫に保管しておきます。ケーキには適量（好きな分量）入れて焼きます。
