Preheat the oven to 190 degrees
Roughly chop the fruit peels, cranberries, etc.
Sift the flour and baking powder, combine with the granulated sugar.
Whisk the egg and pour it gradually into the flour.
Add the dried fruits and almonds (nuts).
Spread the dough on parchment oven paper to about 25 x 13 to 15 cm. Give the dough a little bit of thickness
Reduce the preheat oven from 190 degrees to 170 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Once baked, take it out, cut it into 1-1.5 cm widths and bake it again at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
The baking color will differ depending on the oven.
