2. Wrap the (petite) mozzarella cheese with smoked salmon. | スモークサーモンはそのまま、小さいモッツアレラチーズに巻きます。
3. 【ナスのモッツアレラチーズ巻き｜Aubergine wrapped mozzarella cheese】
4. Saute the 5mm sliced aubergine in a frypan with olive oil, salt and pepper. Let it cool down before wrapping it with (petite) mozzarella cheese. | ナスは薄くスライサーで5ミリ程度に切り、オリーブオイル、塩胡椒をしながらフライパンで焼きます。冷めてから小さいモッツアレラチーズに巻きます。
